On May 15-17, local businesses are giving back to education by donating a portion of their proceeds to support the Fredericksburg ISD Education Foundation. Tourism is the heartbeat of this small German town, attracting millions of guests each year and impacting the local economy. The partnership between businesses and the foundation will allow locals and tourists to support our schools.

Since 2018, the Education Foundation has raised over $788,000 to support educator and campus grants across all six schools in the district. Innovation grants from the foundation have funded aviation flight simulators, campus STEM labs, robotics club initiatives, campus book vending machines and much more. 

 

With millions of dollars going back to the state every year due to recapture, the Fredericksburg ISD Education Foundation is partnering with local business to contribute to the creative learning opportunities for all students.
